Founding partner
Preferential license terms for early partners, onboarding and training, and a voice in shaping the roadmap.
Strategic partner
Extended support, priority product sessions, and an agreed package of consulting hours.
Development partner
For organizations with a budget for custom development: participation and license terms are set in an individual agreement.
Partner ideas and feedback may make their way into the product. This creates no joint ownership of ArchPad — the product stays the same for every customer.
What we expect from a partner
A mutually beneficial collaboration based on openness and trust
- At least two feedback sessions per quarter
- Signing a nondisclosure agreement (NDA)
- Willingness to provide a case study or testimonial (by mutual agreement)
- Active use of the product and feedback
