Privacy Policy

What data we collect and how we handle it

1. Who processes your data

The ArchPad service — the archpad.pro website and the portal.archpad.pro portal (the "Service") — is provided by Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Zelentsov, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation ("we", "us"):

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read it.

2. What data we collect

2.1. Data you provide

  • Sign-up: first name, last name, email address, company name, role, and password. We do not store your password in plain text; it is verified by the sign-in service.
  • Organization invitations: the email address of the person invited, entered by a member of the organization.
  • Feedback form: first name, last name, company, email address, phone number, topic, and message.
  • Notification requests: your email address, if you asked us to let you know when a new feature goes live.
  • Work in the portal: architecture data, comments, and other content that you and your organization add to the Service, as well as your profile settings.

2.2. Data collected automatically

  • Technical logs: IP address, browser and device details, and request times and URLs. We need them to run and protect the Service.
  • "I am not a robot" check: when you submit a form, the bot protection service receives your IP address and technical details about your browser.
  • Consents: which consents you gave at sign-up, the document version, the date, your IP address, and browser details — so we can show that consent was given.
  • Cookies: only those required for the Service to work. See the Cookie Policy for details.

The Service does not use analytics or advertising tools that track your activity.

3. Why we use your data

  • to create your account and let you sign in and work in the Service;
  • to give you access to an organization you were invited to;
  • to respond to your inquiry;
  • to let you know when a feature you subscribed to goes live;
  • to send you informational and marketing emails — only if you gave separate consent to receive them;
  • to protect the Service from abuse and automated submissions;
  • to comply with the law.

We process your data based on your consent, to perform the Terms of Service that you accept when signing up, and in cases expressly provided for by law.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data or share it for other parties' advertising.

To run the Service, the following providers process data on our behalf:

  • a cloud infrastructure and sign-in provider — data storage and operation of the Service;
  • an email delivery service — sign-up emails, invitations, replies, and notifications;
  • a form bot protection service — the "I am not a robot" check.

They process data only to the extent needed for these tasks. We may also disclose data to government authorities when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep data and how to delete it

We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purposes in Section 3: account data for as long as the account exists, and inquiries for as long as the related correspondence continues.

To have your data deleted or to withdraw your consent, email aleksandr.zelentsov@zelentsov.solutions. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request, except for information we are required to keep by law. You can opt out of informational and marketing emails at any time with the same kind of request.

7. How we protect data

  • data travels between your browser and the Service over an encrypted connection (HTTPS);
  • access to data in the Service is limited by roles: each organization member sees only what their role allows;
  • changes to architecture data are recorded in an audit trail;
  • only people who need it to run the Service have access to servers and databases.

No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out what data of yours we process and receive a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • ask us to delete your data or stop processing it;
  • withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
  • file a complaint with a data protection authority or go to court.

9. Children

The Service is intended for professionals and is not designed for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn that a child has given us their data, let us know and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. A new version takes effect on the date shown at the top of the document. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
