2. Use of the Service

4.2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

4.3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period refunds are not provided, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, including the software, design, text, graphics, and other materials, belong to ArchPad or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will operate without interruption or error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchPad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notification in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, in the event you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from your settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
