Terms of Service

Rules for using ArchPad

1. General

The ArchPad service — the archpad.pro website and the portal.archpad.pro portal (the "Service") — is provided by Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Zelentsov, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation, OGRNIP (primary state registration number) 323508100193797, INN (taxpayer ID) 691003501160 ("we", "us").

These terms govern your use of the Service. By signing up for or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

2. Early access

The Service is in early access: capabilities are added and change as the product evolves. Capabilities marked "Coming soon" on the website are not available yet.

We do not currently offer paid plans. If we introduce them, we will publish their terms in advance.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account.
  • If you notice that someone else is using your account, let us know right away.

4. Organizations and roles

In the Service, you can create an organization or join one by invitation. Organization members can see the organization's data within the permissions their role grants. The organization's administrator assigns member roles and access.

5. Prohibited use

When using the Service, you must not:

  • copy or modify the Service or create derivative products based on it;
  • decompile the Service or otherwise attempt to recover its source code;
  • rent out, sell, or otherwise transfer access to the Service to third parties;
  • use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights;
  • place an excessive load on the Service or interfere with its operation;
  • attempt to access other organizations' data.

6. Your data and content

You and your organization keep the rights to the content you add to the Service. You grant us the right to store, process, and display that content to the extent needed to operate the Service.

You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate the law or third-party rights.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's software, design, text, and graphics belong to us or are used by us lawfully, and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights to them other than the right to use the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee that it will operate without interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or if the law requires it.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing aleksandr.zelentsov@zelentsov.solutions.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version takes effect on the date shown at the top of the document. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation and, if that fails, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
